Cheap for a reason,
Can’t really complain as it was so cheap but it fell apart within a day of using it – very poor quality product. Seller delivered on time and without fuss.

|Does not retract,
The retraction device simply doesn’t work very well – a very cheap copy. Electrically OK.
Bought the 1.8m retractable cable from UltimateAddons and that works fine, if a lot more expensive at nearly £4 and a bit bigger (it’s a pretty long cable)

|Retractable usb charger cable for iPhone,
This was meant to be a compact way of having what I need to charge my iPhone in the car….shame it doesn’t work. I have a Belkin cigarette socket plug in and the only cable that will work with it is the original Apple cable. The retractable cable also fails to work with the normal usb mains plug connector. How do I go about sending it back?
