Converts one power socket into four & rotates to suit every location
- The new Neostar ‘Rotoplug’ is an innovative ‘twist’ on conventional 4-way mains power adaptors, with its clever new Over & Under design multiplying the number of sockets available to give you four independently switched sockets with separately lit on/off indicators. With a simple twist the plug board rotates 180° making it ideal if your wall socket is either near the floor, skirting boards or under kitchen cabinets etc. It’s especially good at providing multiple power points for televisions and DVD players where conventional sockets would be upside down – as they are below your television. Compact and stylish, it features built-in electrical voltage surge protection technology to guard valuable electrical equipment such as televisions and computers from lightning. Fitting flush against the wall when plugged in, it also comes supplied with optional-fit twin 1½” support rods to add stability for raised wall sockets.
Price : £ 14.95

When I heard about the Ring Mp75 Mini 12 volt DC to 240 volt AC Inverter my first question was “What s an inverter?”. The simple answer was that it converts your car s cigarette socket into a 3 pin mains power supply After discovering this my second question was “Can I have one please?”. I ve always had lots of portable devices on the go my laptop mobile phone and iPod to name a few. Each of these needs a different mains charger and in car charger. The Ring Mp75 Mini Inverter ends my need for in car chargers now I can just plug the inverter into my car s cigarette socket and then use the relevant mains charger power lead for my device. This is particularly useful with my laptop as we all know how quickly laptop batteries run out. The inverter itself has a flexible elbow style that lets it move through 90 degrees meaning it fits virtually all vehicles. It s also small and compact so it s easily stored in your glove compartment when not in use. And there s no need to worry about damaging your car s battery the inverter has an auto shutdown to protect against low battery conditions high temperature and short circuits. Summary This proved to be a very useful device and if I d discovered it sooner I would have saved a lot of money on all the in car chargers I ve bought in the last few years The only downside that I can think of is that it works on devices which run up to 75 watts or less meaning that it won t power the likes of larger televisions gardening equipment and power tools though I never intended to use any of those in my car… Key Features Adapts your vehicle s cigarette lighter to accept 3 pin mains plugs LED power monitor illuminates green when power is on Compact lightweight and easily stored in glove box when not in use Auto shutdown in case of short circuit overload high temperature or low battery conditions Flexible elbow style allows movement t
