1. The connector could be the weak point since there’s no protection facilitated. Please put the iPod/iPhone on the table when connecting to the battery.

2. Please DO NOT try to charge the battery while it is charging your iPhone or iPod, it will lead to the malfunction of your battery.

3. Very few customers may meet the warming message “This accessory is not made to work with iPhone”, the problem could be caused by one of following five reasons.

* Third party battery software

So far we have only met two defective unit which lead the same warning message shown on our test iphones.
