At some locations there is an indemnity registration form that is completed on the day of the experience, a term states that the driver may be liable up to the first £2000 for any damage caused whilst they are driving. Some drivers may want to reduce this risk and pay for an indemnity up front. This means that as long as they are not driving recklessly and following the direction of the instructor, they will not be liable for this amount. You will spend approximately 2 to 4 hours at the venue, depending on location. You need to know The minimum age for this activity is 18 years old.
