Tea bags are all well and good but if you’re after a truly great cuppa then you need leaves. And once you’ve realised that you need a seriously cool way of infusing it and there’s no cooler way to do it than with this retro Tea Sub. This Beatles-esque slice of sub-aquatic splendour not only makes your tea much tastier it also gives your brew a nice sixties vibe as well. It’s small enough to go in your mug and it has a nice chain-link cord to help you bob it about under the surface to ensure full infusion. There’s also a neat little swing door so you can actually get your leaves in there in the first place. All in all it’s a super little mug-bound day-brightener perfect for tea fanatics and Beatles fans alike.

We’ve seen some key ring pens in our time (and who hasn’t?) but they tend to be tiny Lilliputian affairs that are almost impossible to write legibly with. Not so the Telescopic Pen. The designers have kept the handy pocket size of most key ring pens and added a cunning twist – the pen is telescopic. No larger than a door key when closed the pen really is quite discreet but once unscrewed from your key ring and fully extended you’ll have a full sized pen at your disposal. Surrounded by pens and keyboards at work you know for sure that once you’re out and about pens are like hens’ teeth. Now you’ll always have a pen at your fingertips that you won’t have ‘left in your other coat/bag/trousers’ and that won’t get half inched by some wandering scribe. With the Telescopic Pen you’ll always be prepared no matter where you are.
Price : £ 4.99
