1. The connector could be the weak point since there’s no protection facilitated. Please put the iPod/iPhone on the table when connecting to the battery.

So far we have only met two defective unit which lead the same warning message shown on our test iphones. * Dirty dock connector. This could be caused by some kind of debris or dust in your dock connector.

The solution entails cleaning the docking area of your phone. We suggest using a dry soft bristled tooth brush. Some people have suggested using compressed air and vacuum tools. However, please try not to damage the product by applying any aggressive method or even water cleaning.
