All ACS custom-fit products require an impression of your ear for us to work from. Having an impression taken is a quick and painless process that takes less than 10 minutes to complete. One of our network of audiologists will first examine your ear to ensure there is no excessive wax then a foam plug is applied to create a seal in front of your eardrum.
