I don’t understand the other reviewers here. Do I have a faulty item? Not only does this adapter reproduce the sound in MONO, but you only get one channel through BOTH earphones, thus losing half of your music.

Just a short and sweet review for this great value adapter.
The sweet being that it is solidly built and a very snug fit in my K800i but the short part is just that – it has a very short lead between the phone plug-in end to the 3.5 jack socket (only 3″) so make sure you have enough lead on your headphones or you may be wearing your mobile around your neck!
But overall I’m very happy with this product and would recommend it, esp at the current price.

when i purchased this product i soon realised that it is mono and you can only hear on half of the song i bought some hpm-70s off of amazon now they are much better and come with headphones as well

Sony Ericsson phones come with bog standard earphones, & they’re not particularly comfy. I wanted to use my favourite earphones to listen to music on my phone, but guess what? -Sony are once again awkward, and you can’t just plug normal headphones into them!
So thank goodness for little gadgets like this one! Perfect to connect to the phone & plug your normal headphones/earphones/speakers into it.
would recommend!
(but do make sure your phone is listed as being compatible, & make sure that your earphones have a 3.5 mm jack, as I nearly ordered one which was too small!)
