Purchased this TV to replace my old one which was not a Sony. Very fast delivery was really shocked when it arrived when it did. Was really easy to set up. The picture quality is brilliant and it makes watching DVD’s and freeview very enjoyable. The price is amazing as this Tv is very expensive on other sites. Very pleased that i made the decision to buy this Tv as i wasnt sure at first. However will not be wasting my time watching the world cup on it!

Received the TV last week and set it up. I was blown away by the picture quality and that was an upgrade from an old Sony CRT telly! I was quite surprised at the price compared to other sites and did consider the EX403 version at one point as it has built-in Freeview HD but didn’t due to cost.
All in all, this is a beautiful set and I definitely made the right choice!

This is a very good buy: The Sony quality speaks for itself, and this TV does not disappoint. However, if you are considering it, make sure you understand that this TV has a normal (non-HD) Freeview tuner. So, out of the box, the only way to appreciate the full 1080p HD quality is by watching a blu-ray film. Now, having said that, it is an amazing experience to watch a blu-ray film on it. It is almost surreal: every detail, every hair strand, every grain of sand just jumps at you.
I recommend it. You can get the same TV for about £200 more, if you shop around carefully (some people must prefer paying more, otherwise John Lewis and M&S would be out of business by now).

As has been said before this is a great TV and well worth spending the bit extra money to get this than the 301 due to the leap to 1080p/i.The clarity of the picture really is fantastic. This is the best price for the TV around and I can’t wait to try some DVD’s to experience it fully! The tv is simple to use and comes with a built in manual should you have problems. The remote is clearly laid out so that you can really get started virtually straight away.

Simple to put together, simple to set up, stunning result. Only minor gripe is the lack of a printed full manual – it’s built in and available on-screen unless you you download and print it yourself.
