It does everything v.well (not tried out the 3D yet!) Linked in to my PC easily etc. Wifi link seems to be a problem as there is no external arial and BBC iplayer HD&SD content does not always stream (I have fast broad band and the wifi is quite close to the Player). However the blu ray picture and upscalling looks fantastic. If you are looking to future proof your player, this has got to be the way to go. I’m going to ditch the wifi option and run a ethernet cable to smooth out my internet viewing.

does anyone know if this sony bluray will play 3d content on a samsung 3d tv. tv as i was told to watch 3d content on a 3dtv the player and tv need to be the same brand such as sony to sony or samsung to samsung. dont want to buy it if i need a samsung 3d player for my samsung 3dtv
