I normally only buy Verbatim DVD’s, but with Blu Ray discs so expensive, at the moment, I thought I would try the Sony.
Works fine with no errors, have burned as data disc and video disc, my LG internal drive likes it! Recommended.

These discs are re-writable and work well (and are faster AND cheaper than the Verbatim ones I was previously using). Excellent value. Not sure why previous reviews resulted in a 2 star rating – but these do the job for me! Highly recommended.
NOTE: November 2009: It’s now a financial nonsense to use these for mass-data backups. See my review of Verbatim’s Blu-Ray recordable for the logic of this.

Used this for several months with a LG GGW-H20L Internal Blu-Ray and have had no problems.

Having purchased a Sony video camera, with which I am well pleased, I also bought a “DVD Direct” recorder form Sony, which burns either Blu-ray or HD discs straight from the camera, and is excellent. Going on holiday, I decided to buy these re-writable dics to transfer the recordings. There are 2 issues here, firsly neither the Sony recorder, nor either of my computers would recognise these discs as suitable media. Secondly, the retailer shows a postage cost per disc, and (my fault), I didnt realise that they offer no disount on this for multi-orders,so that I was charged the rate for each disc, even though the multi order was put into 1 pack! I would NEVER use this retailer again, and am puzzled as to what purpose the discs are actually for!

I have been supplied two of these discs and both have been faulty.
I won’t buy again
