I’ve had this for a while now and really can’t fault it. It’s easy to use and has a vast dictionary. It’s helped me with a number of crosswords with the Thesaurus, Anagram Solver and Crossword Solver. I’ve even played Hangman on it. Well worth having if you like your puzzles.

This machine lacks some of the facilities available on an earlier version. That version offered access to phrases that was often very helpful. The replacement machine does not include this facility. Gaining access to Anagrams or Crosswords now involves more keystrokes than the earlier machine. Another drawback is that the keys to input letters are smaller in size than those on the earlier machine. This leads to the wrong key being selected or the correct key failing to register on the display.
Overall, I found the facilities now on offer are inferior to those on earlier machines.

this does exactly what I wanted. The only problem I have is with the size of the keys.

Very good item, my only critisism is that the keys sometimes ‘stick’ which is infuriating when you type an 18 letter word and you realize a letter is missed out right at the beginning! Otherwise, would recommend.

The ideal companion to a good crossword or word puzzle. I was really upset when my previous machine came to a stop. Not new batteries needed but after 20 years I could not complain. This is an ideal gift for a child or an adult, games to play and a real help in finding the answer to many questions. Excellent value for money. I would not be without it nor would my sister who I also purchased one for.
