After ‘Googling’ satellite directions and finding a site that shows a White line heading from your property towards the neccessary satellite I installed my new Satellite dish kit also from Amazon. Then using the Konig meter I located the signal and after 5minutes ‘tweaking’ I went inside to find that I had a great Freesat signal at my first attempt. When using the meter do not be tempted to set the signal strength too high on the meter but set approx. half way so that variations of the signal strength show both ways when setting the dish.A great product at a great price.

This satellite finder kit is very efficient and extremely inexpensive – when you consider the time and aggravation it saves in pinpointing your satellite of choice I would recommend it to anybody installing their own dish.

Without this kit I think I would still be trying to find my specific satellite. Written information with the kit is of limited value, but this is usually covered by the instructions with the satellite dish kit.

although this could be a very usefull kit, the operating instructions are very vague for the for the sat finder. As a result, I have had to use my old sat finder with the compass from the new sat finder kit.
