This battery is extremely good! Absalutely no problem with high current drain up to 4 Ampere! The low self discharge means that it will always retain its charge for a very-very-very long period, so if you charge it up today and use it after 2 months, it will still perform like freshly charged. Amazing batteries. Eneloop ranks the best for all LSD batteries. Would recommend this to everyone. Can’t wait for LSD batts to break the 2000mAh capacity. Go Sanyo!! By the way, eneloops are made in japan.

Having bought and tried this I am completely sold. I have bought good quality rechargeable batteries before and they work fine but lose their charge when not in use. I just had to recharge them all over again before use making keeping a stock of charged batteries pretty impossible. These keep their charge and that makes all the difference. The blurb claims that 85 per cent of the charge is retained after a year of non-use. Whether this is accurate or not I don’t know but clearly it keeps far longer that other famous brands. This is the way for batteries to go and I reckon all rechargeable batteries will soon be using this technology. If you want rechargeables, this is the one to buy.

You can’t beat this range of batteries. I already had th AA ones so decided to add these triple A’s and not disappointed. A great price too.

These are absolutely the best batteries I’ve ever had. Being fully charged straight out of the packet is ideal – why aren’t rechargeable batteries always sold that way? All I can say is, don’t buy other batteries, get these ones.
