Having just purchased an HTC Desire, I was looking for a card to store all of my media – a 32gb card in particular. I was a little hesitant buying this at first as it is a Class 2 card.

I was going to wait for a Class 4 or 6 but decided to bite the bullet as I could not wait. I’m glad I didn’t wait as this card performs like a Class 6 card – I get write speeds of 6-7MB/s and read speeds 9-11MB/s on my HTC Desire.

I wholeheartedly recommend this card, regardless of the Class speed you’re after.

I can’t comment on the seller ‘Accessory-Shop’ though, as the card I purchased was sold by Amazon directly.

Works a treat with HTC Desire, plays videos and music from the phone perfectly. Would get 5 stars but its very expensive.

I had no such problems with this card. I use it with the HTC Desire and it seems to store music, images, video etc. perfectly giving me all the space I could ever need. I mainly use it to store all my music on and then keep the phone memory for photos. In fact it worked extrememly well – SanDisk has always been a well trusted brand and thats why I often buy their cards.

Just make sure that you double check that your phone/device does accept 32GB microSD before buying though and a number of phones only accept up to 16GB (I think SanDisk has only recently brought this high a capacity out)

I was unhappy with this product. Sure it says it’s Class 2 but I didn’t really know what that meant. But all this stuff about being able to play your media off it doesn’t match my experience at all.

“The card allows you to expand the memory of MP3 players and mobile phones, and enables you to carry more on your device. This means you can get the most out of your mobile phone or MP3 and utilise its added features like camera or music player. Take hours of high quality video and watch your movies on the go, up to 128 hours. Freely take photos knowing you have room for up to 20000 photos. Store your music library on the Micro SDHC card with room for up to 8,000 songs.”

Now I learn that it’s too slow to play music or video well on my HTC phone – it seems you need class 4 or 6 to do that properly. But what else would you need that much micro-storage for? I’m going to buy a 16GB class 6 device instead. This will gather dust in a draw I guess.
