Product Description
The microSD card is an ultra small, semi-removable flash memory module based on miniSD card and TriFlash designs for selected mobile phone products, especially the transfer of personal content between microSD-enabled phones. Due to the ultra small size of the product, it is not intended to be handled or removed on a frequent basis. The microSD form factor will be promoted globally to other mobile phone manufacturers. microSD cards are also known as TransFlash cards. Please note that eXpansys vouchers cannot be used when purchasing this product.

I’ve bought about 10 of these Sandisc 2GB MicroSD cards and they are brilliant, working flawlessly in my Nokia phone and all the other phones we have. Also works nicely in the Nintendo DS R4 Cards and while using the provided adaptor in our Wii console.

Arrived loose without any packaging – One of the 2 MicroSD cards could not reformat – When I checked with Manufacturer – They said anything loose is normally fake and to look at the all the logo details on the card – These are vvsmall but would appear to indicate these cards are fake as they are not in the right format – The fake ones have all sort of problems that you find out later – Like they will not reformat.
Another Fake Britain Scenario – All too much hassle to Sort Out – Found best place to buy MicroSD is at Tesco who have Sandisk MicroSD at half price – All in the original packaging – Cheaper and its definitely original – Sure Tesco does not deal in fakes.Cheaper than sending it back.
On checking forums I found that fakes were a BIG problem on e-bay at one time – It would appear that this problem has moved to Amazon. Bought a 1 Gb MicroSD from another Amazon seller and that did not work either and could not even be recognised by PC or phone.
I would not buy any of this type of goods via Amazon again – Go to Tesco for face to face/online buy or a big company like DABS for online purchase is definitely the best secure route without refund hassles.
First question you have to ask of a reseller goods at Amazon is could this be type of goods be a fake ? If so Check forums and buy elsewhere – It is not worth the hassle. A lot of these fakers are resident offshore – BEWARE

Bought this for my Orange Vegas mobile. Works fine – no problems with it. So much cheaper than elsewhere – and for a good SanDisk brand as well.
