I needed a replacement adaptor in short order when the one on the Acer Travelmate I surf the net with went pop – and I mean pop, it had been playing the “now there’s voltage, ooo look now I’ve shut down again” game for a while, and when I reconnected the mains lead after letting it settle there was an unmistakable detonation within the plastic casing. I haven’t cut the old one open yet, my guess is a capacitor overheating then blowing….
Anyhow, the service from Amazon was fantastic and this power supply got me out of a hole, and has been working reliably ever since.

I spent a while looking for a compatible adapter, and obviously the cheapest but most reliable seller. The adapter i found and purchased is fantastic, was easy to order, and literally came within a ridiculously short time ! I would absolutely use them again if i needed anything else.
