This light meter came in its own carry case complete with full instructions and a list of the expected readings for various types of lighting. It is easy to use and the display is sufficiently large and clear to see. Small and lightweight it is invaluable around the workplace and is cheap into the bargain.

|Vital step missing from the User Guide,

The light sensor has a protective cover on it and the first thing you need to do is remove it…..
once I had worked that bit out (it took an embaressingly long time, but I wasn’t the only one that got caught out) then it was fine.
