I have given this 4 stars as the case itself is really good. Not very bulky at all, looks good on the phone and does the job of protecting (I have already dropped the phone and no damage to either case or iphone). It also protects all the ports, which I have heard can be a real issue. It would have got 5 stars but the screen protector that comes with it is rubbish and so I have had to buy another one. However, the case itself can’t be faulted.

Good product – I like this case!
Once delivered, I was initially sceptical as I couldn’t really see what a (relatively) thin rubber/silicone case with a semi-rigid wrap around bit would do in terms of protection. However, once it’s all fitted it seems to give a good level of protection without being overly bulky. Just as importantly the phone slides in and out of pockets easily – something that used to drive me mad with a previous silicone case which stuck to the inside of pockets.
The little flappy bits for the charger port and the headphone socket are neat touches that work and are easy to access. I didn’t use the screen protector as I already have a good one fitted. Everything fits well although I did leave some protective film over the Apple logo on the back as this is otherwise unprotected.
I should add that I think it’s a “fit and forget” type case and not ideally suited to frequent removal/re-fitting but that’s what i was after.

This is a great case. It consists of a rubber inner with a plastic shell which snaps on to the outside. It’s a lot less bulky than the picture makes it appear. It looks good on the phone, adding at most 3mm to each side of the phone’s dimensions. It seems to offer a good level of protection for the phone.
The case feels good in your hand. The plastic outer shell stops the phone feeling all rubbery and allows you to insert it into a pocket without too much effort.
The integrated plugs which cover the headphone and USB cable sockets are a nice touch. A lot of iPhone users I know complain about things getting in there so this case may save you buying a can of compressed air!
I would recommend this case to anyone and have no complaints after around a month of use. It’s a bit more expensive than a lot of cases out there but definitely worth the extra in my opinion.

Gives your phone solid protection without making it feel bulky or heavy. Looks pretty good as well. I bought my own 6pk of screen protectors from Amazon. Recommended if you are overwhelmed by all the iphone case choices!

After 3 months of use this case has done a generally good job of protecting my 3Gs – the slightly raised rim around the screen edge has helped avoid damaging it when dropped/knocked to floor on a couple of occasions. One problem is that the 2 layer case design seems optimised for trapping moisture: I answered a call during a light rain shower and even after immediately wiping the phone dry, the next day I had repeated ‘This accessory is not made to work with iPhone’ error messages as a result of moisture trapped around the dock connector causing random shorts on the pins: compressed air cleared the moisture but if you get your phone even slightly damp I’d suggest removing and drying the case ASAP.
