I am not a heavy user, and usually things last with me way above average, especially when it READS “Durable”. The converter looked nice and did the job (while it lasted). Only on the 4th time I was using it, I realized that the black rubber coating started peeling, and the inside wires were tearing apart. I can’t claim a refund of exchange becuase my three-month warranty expired 2 weeks ago.

If you want to use your slick, brand spanking new Google phone with some headphones that actually have reasonable sound quality then you must have one of these converters.
God knows why they didn’t put a 3.5 jack on the phone itself, really annoys me.
As you can tell from other reviews this item is temperamental, the first one I had broke in a day but based on other reviews I knew they could last, so I got another one and that has been going for over a month now.
Luckily they are only a few quid but if this one does break I will look for other options.
