I purchased this product for use with my laptop and this could not have been easier to set up. The USB connector clips into the underside of the mouse when not in use which preserves battery life and also keeps it all together when on the move. The mouse is compact so is easy to take with you if you are on the move but is just the right size for use – some laptop mice look really small but this one isn’t.
I would highly recommend this product to anybody who is looking for a wireless mouse.

Works really well, self-installs, and a very nice price. If I had to be picky, then maybe the USB stick could be smaller, but it clicks nicely away in the base to compensate (whilst switching it off). A separate on/off switch might be useful, but the battery life is really long, so maybe that won’t be an issue.

Excellent wireless mouse for laptops. Standard 2-button operation plus scroll wheel and additional customisable third button. Had problems synchronising mouse and laptop during installation but received excellent support from Microsoft which fixed the problem.

Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 3000 – BlackThis product was purchased following the return of an unsatisfactory mouse made by Logitec, which did not work. I am completely satisfied with the Microsoft equivalent, it is well designed, comfortable to use and the batteries are easily accessible. The dongle clips under the mouse when not in use.

This is the second Microsoft mouse that I have purchased and we are delighted with them both.
Despatched very promptly by Amazon (as usual) and worked within seconds. No software to upload, genuinely plug & play. You can download software if you want to customise the buttons but our requirement was for a standard mouse set-up.
OK there isn’t an on/off switch but that really doesn’t matter as others say the battery life is quite long anyway, surprised to see that a Duracel battery was supplied with the mouse.
Looks as if it it made to last a while and the operation seems very smooth and consistent.
