Metronic Zapbox T2 Freeview HD Digital Receiver box

I have had this Metronic Zapbox for a couple of weeks now and it has worked well, (mostly) providing an excellent signal via the supplied HDMI cable, and a good picture to my Sony Bravia TV. However, on several occasions it has locked up. The picture freezes on the screen as a still image while the audio continues on.The unit refuses to respond to any command from the remote control, not even turning off.

The only way to remedy the problem is to pull the power plug out of the back of the unit and then replace it. The Zapbox then continues on at a later point in the program.
