I bought a Lowepro SlingShot 202AW to replace a 100AW. The original series are brilliant bags but were missing an attachment for a tripod and sufficient personal gear space for me. Well done Lowepro..you listened. The *02 series all have a nifty attachment point on the side for a tripod (or use the attached snap strap to hold a cagoule on the side of the bag.)
The 100 was too small for my extra (non photographic) bits and bobs and I decided to move on to a 200…then I discovered the new range of *02 bags with the added extras, a bit bigger and more space. Absolutely fantastic bags.
Very comfortable to carry and very fast to get camera out.

This is an excellent camera bag with lots of space for everything that you need. Access to the camera is great. There are plenty of pockets for keeping those smaller items.

This bag is perfect for my Sony a330 DSLR, lenses and accessories. It sits across one shoulder for hands free walking and scrambling, but quickly swivels to the front for fast access to the main padded compartment. If it starts to rain it has a built in waterproof cover and the personal compartment is great to carry a drink, mobile phone or other items. Also look out for the tripod carrier on the side, clever idea!

The Lowepro Slingshot 202aw is perfect for anyone looking to go out
for the day not knowing how long you will be out for or how much equipment you may need.
The Slingshot is Strong and well supported yet very light, but still gives your camera and lenses all the protection they need
whilst on the move.
The main compartment is excellently divided and you can adjust this to suit your camera / lens sizes
The Top compartment is big enough to fit another compact camera or other equipment.
The Slingshot has loads of mesh netting / zip compartments you are easily able to fit notebooks, pens remotes and ofcourse the Hidden Tripod clip and pouch is excellent, it holds my full size Tripod easily.
The Best thing is once fully loaded is very comfortably loaded onto your back so that you forget how much you have actually brought out.
I fully recommend the Slingshot 202aw, excellent product.

This is the best camera bag ever. Both my wife and I have these bags. My wife has the 100AW and I have the 202AW. They give easy and comfortable access to you camera whilst you are on the move. Whether you are cycling or walking or indeed, for the brave, rollerblading. As we are often traveling this bag is a pick it up and go bag and you know you have everything in it including lenses, chargers, cleaning kit, cables and anything else you may need for you camera. I even have my HD Video cam in mine.
I have not been as satisfied with a camera bag as I have with this one. Hence I give it 5 stars.
