Cheap and look good. Had the same make before and they lasted 2 years. Work with any ipod. Fit in your ear well, without any uncomfortable feeling. Better than the standard ipod earphones.

Sound quality is excellant. I’ve been through many pairs of headphones and these last so much longer than any pair I’ve ever had. I would buy these again without a moments hesitation.

I’ve had several pairs of gumy headphones, and they are excellent. If you treat them with respect, they will last years as my first pair did, if you aren’t too careful, they will last maybe 6 months. They are pretty cheap though, so not hard to replace. The sound quality from them is great for such a cheap pair of headphones and could rival the quality from a decent set of stereo speakers.
The new design is not as good at the old one, as the headphones slip out your ears more easily (or perhaps just my ears) and they are not quite as hardwearing, but they are still great and I definately recommend them!
With such a wide selection of colours, you’ll struggle to choose, I try and get a new colour each time. Another bonus, for all you fashion fans out there, is that, if you want, you can buy a pair to match almost any outfit! So go for it!

I judge these good value for money.
Perfectly adequate sound.
Comfortable in-ear … smaller than some others.
I am buying some more!

These sound great, plenty of “bottom end” (bass) and the high frequencies offer descent clarity. They’re comfortable and even manage to stay in my ears when I go running. The choice of colours is a bonus and they’re cheap enough to buy a couple of sets if you’re into “accessorising and colour coordinating.”
When buying Headphones there’s a lot of brands to choose from and you’d have to spend a lot of money to notice any significant improvement over these JVC Gumys and most of the time, the listening environment around you would make any improvement irrelevant anyway. If you’re sat on a train or surrounded by traffic noise, any slight improvement in sound quality would go unnoticed so BUY THESE WITH CONFIDENCE.
