Excellent value for money, and it works well,

Having tried one similar system I was not sure about something so close, however the previous reviews encouraged me to order this cassette adaptor for my iPod Shuffle. And it works a treat in my car – I am very pleased. And ordering another for someone who is also impressed!

strand ipod cassette adaptor,
Excellent value and gives a much better quality of sound than the previous adaptor I had purchased (from Argos) at a fraction of the cost. Remember music through a car cassette is never going to be brilliant.

meh. i guess.,
Well firstly, the great thing about it was that it was white like it said, and sound did come out of it.
Problems though? There was a few.
1. It “dissconnects” from my cassette player in my car so it goes back to radio, but is still in the cassette player. So to get it working i need to eject and put it back in. There is no telling when it will eject and because the cassette is quiet, the radio is deafening when it comes on.
2. The cable isn’t 1.5 metres like it says on the box it comes in, it must be .5 of a metre at most. It feels cheap and almost like it’ll break easily.
3. The quality is a challenge. If you have your iPod on the right volume level, then its okay, but as soon as it goes to quiet, theres static, and too loud it sounds like a blur of noise.
4. There is a fear of breaking it everytime i go to use it, i feel as though all the cogs inside are gonna fall out of place and it’ll be redeemed unusable.
I had looked at the reviews that people left believing that it would be a good buy, even though the sound would be terrible quality, as someone previously said, “what do you expect from a cassette adaptor, of course it would be bad”.
Wrong, after a week, i found my old cassette adaptor (Goodmans) and the sound quality is superb.
On Amazon you’ll find that there is branded cassette adaptors at around £8, i’d suggest splashing out the extra £6 and have good quality. This isn’t great at all.
