The charger arrived quickly but was fitted with a US style plug (together with an adapter). The lead cover had parted from the plug which was connected only to the power wires.
There was some delay initially, and an email seems to have gone astray, but my complaint was sorted out and a replacement charger (with a standard UK plug) sent promptly.

this product is good. The only problem is that when i recieved it, it wasnt packaged well and when i first used it, it caused my laptop to overheat, but after a couple of days everything went back to normal.

poor quality has fallen to peices within a month not sure it is a genuine hewlett packard item and am trying to send it back
