I’ve used many brands of alkaline batteries over the years for powering small electrical items including radios, smoke detectors… but, although batteries are a fairly homogenous product, the Duracell brand do seem to outlast the cheaper alkaline alternatives so have become my brand of choice. These are reliable, do their job – and do it well.
