I needed a new headset for my Xbox 360 as my old one had broken and my freind said that my voice was innaudiable. I looked around and i had heard about these headsets for use with the Xbox console. It was also a cheap price of only around £7.00.
I recieved it a couple of days later well packaged and the product had not been opened. I tried to plug the end of the heaset into my wireless controlled but it didn’t fit. I compared it to the fitting of my old headset which fit in it perfectly. I went on Call of Duty 4 to try it out and immediatley i could not hear anybody talking, but when i spoke the inicator in the top right showed i was speaking.
Overall i was not happy, in the end i had to swap around the end with my old headset, which still didn’t work.
I would recomend the Ear Force X1 Headset for Xbox 360. Or the headset made by Turtle Beach, (NOT SOLD ON AMAZON!)
I have ordered one of these and i am not happy at all. Thanks for nothing, do not buy one of these go for the expensive option!

I bought this headset for my 14 year old son (after he nagged me constantly) as a gift for a fantastic school report. It seemed like a real bargain and I was pleased when it arrived as it felt and looked well built and not easily broken. The first thing I did not like was I thought as it looks like headphones, that the game play noise would be played through the headset. It only relays the online chat so I STILL had to shout “turn it down” constantly. Then of course if you’ve read most of the other reviews as I should’ve done, it broke after 3 days of use. The microphone is so crackly that his friends cannot understand a word he says online which does seem to be a running theme with this product. Needless to say, I have one disappointed 14 year old (never a good thing) and an extra gift to add to my growing christmas list. Avoid this product and get the wireless headset as I should’ve done in the first place.
