Pretty explanatory title. I do a lot of Photo/DTP work. My printer gives a good idea of the finished product. Don’t save here – use canon ink otherwise you will not get polished results, just fast-fading images.

For owners of Canon printers. If you want good quality photographs and photographs that will remain good quality for many years to come, genuine Canon Ink Cartridges should be purchased. I have tried all the cheaper cartridges available over the years and have found there is no substitute for the genuine article. Cheap inks cartridges are ok for rough work but to use cheap cartridges for quality photographic prints is false economy. Don’t be tempted by cheap cartridges if you want long lasting colour prints. P.S. I am a genuine customer and have no connection with Canon or any other manufacturer. This is purely my advice based on many years of printing photographs on Canon printers of various types.

What can I say – its the tank for my Canon printer and it works fine. Dead easy to install. I always keep some spares in case I run out and, if you order enough, you get free postage. Can’t be bad…

Good product, easy to install – order a full set of inks to get free postage from Amazon! (I always keep a spare set in stock so I don’t run out at awkward moments when printing my pics)

You might think the Amazon prices for ink cartridges are reasonable. But they’re actually being sold by other firms. Amazon forces the seller to put a separate postage and packing charge on each cartridge, so if you order a few to stock up you’ll end up getting loads of envelopes and paying far more than you’d expected. Look elsewhere on the Internet!
