When I received this item it would not show up in windows xp on my computers. Owning a computer repair business I was able to solve the problem and thought I would share the solution with you incase you have any complaints regarding your flash drives.
All the user needs to do if the drive doesnt show up in windows is:
Right click my computer then “manage” then click “disk management” and the usb drive will be listed on the right. The problem with my drive was the volume name given upon manufacture contained an invalid character and must be changed before windows will allow the drive to appear in “my computer”.
To change the name of the volume all the user has to do is right click name of the usb flash drive and click format. Then they will be given the opportunity to rename by typing in a new “volume label” to something windows will allow. After the format is complete, the flash drive will be recognised in windows.
I hope this is a help. Thanks.

Great value – I got my 8GB drive for £9-something. The drive is fast, reliable (so far) and was instantly recognised on my PCs – one operating with Windows Vista; the other on XP.
Colour is perfect – now I don’t get my drive mixed up with anyone else’s! It’s nice & bright which makes it easy to find in my bag too! The hook on the end is useful as you can attach it to your keyring if you want to carry it with you all the time. No quibbles – highly recommended.

Since it was a while since I bought my last flash drive I was surprised to find how much cheaper they’d gotten. Who needs an expensive external harddrive when you have one of these nifty little things? Plus the pink colour adds that nice feminine touch (guys will probably prefer the blue version). The price makes this flash drive an absolute bargain and I recommend it to all.
My only criticism is its very bright red light that continually flashes when you’re transferring files – it gets very annoying, especially when the transfer takes a long time. I might end up wrapping some opaque tape around it.

What’s there to dislike about this item? It’s a cute and nifty little device, and does exactly what it says on the tin! The cap stays on quite firmly when not in use, and it’s small, light and fast, so get one for yourself to see what your missing. Am going to get another one, probably one in blue to complement this one. As you’ve probably already guessed, I recommend this flash drive.

Worked OK for a while and then not recognised by Windows or Mac PCs. Tried it in several different computers but no joy.
Others have found the product to be OK so I guess I was just unlucky getting a faulty one. Amazon are sending a replacement, but it’s a pain losing the data that was stored on it and then having to mess about with returning it and waiting for delivery of a new one.
