I’ve only had the card for a week but so far so good – images are written to the card quickly and reliably allowing me to take the next shot as soon as possible. My 9 megapixel Panasonic camera can fit over 1700 images on this card.

Bought two of these for digital SLR. Work flawlessly. Label is thin enough not to jam in slot.

I have had this memory card for under 3 months and have taken it out of my pc perhaps 10 times. I leave it in to speed up my system in Vista (4gb) and also to save the odd file/photo for copying sharing.
So was a little surprised to find that after just two short months the protection tab fell out (probably rattling around on the inside of my pc!) to render this useless. Furthermore the casing of the card is actually coming apart.
I would not buy Bytestore again as my previous Kingston cards (albeit smaller capacity) were used for the same purpose for a lot longer…with no deterioration in the casing. Luckily didn’t have anything stored on it that was critical…if there were I would be VERY mad.
I just don’t think that the manufacturer has made the casing to withstand the temperatures experienced in a laptop for lengthy periods :o(

This card does not work with the HITACHI DZ-HV564E 1080P High Definition SD Video Camera.
It works in other devices.
