The sensor does exactly what it’s supposed to do. I personally like the congratulatory messages you get when you achieve a personal best (I’ve heard Lance Armstrong and Paula Radcliffe). I also like the Nike.com interface that allows you to monitor and analyse your runs
Now it didnt get that 5th star because of the following
1. I wish the device could be used for other exercises apart from runs
2. One should be able to set the powersong to a playlist like can be done on the nano
however like i said, works great. I love it

i absolutley love this little gadget, saves spending a fortune on nike trainers & lets you update to your nike+ site, clocks the history of all runs you make on your iphone(pod, touch etc..)without you even noticing its on your trainers. LOVE IT

This is a 5 star product that is advertised as plug and play…but it is only plug and play if you are blessed with youth and common sense…for old age morons like myself it took me some time to overcome the nuances of setting up the device at first. But once set up, it is excellent.
I do not know how it works (probably magic) but it does everything that Nike claims. I still do not understand the calibration bit or the other stuff for that, but I am happy to press the buttons and it seems to do stuff that it lets you do…so if you’re a moron and do not mind the device running your running life then this is the ideal product.
There are some flaws like the play list selected with a work out seems to get lost and just plays my complete play list as it sees fit…but that is magic for you!
