I have found this tablet to be a great addition to my desktop. The pressure sensitivity is very good and the responsiveness of the tablet surface is excellent. I was using a Genius tablet before and the Aiptek took a little getting used too, but I was soon up to speed, the large working area is great for that “gestural” sweep beloved of digital artists! The surface is tactile and not in the least bit shiny [ a review I read stated it was like “drawing on glass”- which is complete nonsense] and there is no appreciable lag with the cursor. I find resting my hand slightly on the tablet surface minimises any slight jitter. For the price I would readily recommend this tablet as it not only looks great but works great!

I can’t imagine how a more expensive tablet could be any better. Very accurate and responsive, large drawing area and ultra portable. I carry it along with with my netbook and I hardly notice them in my bag. Buy it.

I was hesitant when I bought it, I didn’t think something for that price would be so good when theres tablets the same size for 200+.
It is fantastic I would and have recommended it a number of times already.
Very smooth, hot keys are good but hard to remember 29 of them!
It’s like writing on glass and the pressure sensitivity works perfectly.
The only thing I would say is BE CAREFUL its very thin and would bed quite easily. Also its not hard to scratch the surface but as look as you take care of it you should buy it!!

This product worked first time…with ease…out of the box. Highly recommended if you want a simple tablet built to a good standard at a sensible price.

This is the first graphics tablet I’ve ever purchased and I’m happy with it. Physically, it’s light but study and the pen is comfortable to hold. It works without any problems. It’s unfortunate that it lacks Pressure Sensitivity as painting/drawing is one of the main reasons for buying a graphics tablet.
All in all, at this price, it’s a good purchase for a first-timer like me but I think I’ll be upgrading to a pressure-sensitive tablet in a few months’ time.
