I am a paying customer of this product, i payed 1st class p&p and i bought it on the 25th of december.I couldnt possibly tell you a review of the product because it has now been 11 days and the ariel still hasent arrived! I will not be using this company again unless i get some feedback of where the product is. I will be cancelling this product tomorrow as it would be quicker to go down town and get one, oh and it would be cheaper!!!

I ordered the item on 02-02-09. Apparently it was eventually despatched on 06-02-09. I Emailed them to inform them I had not received the item & needed help tracking it. They needed me to provide them with their order number, despite having ordered this through Amazon.
I provided the order number on 25-02-09. On 27-02-09 as I had not received a reply, I asked for a refund to my card as I am left with no alternative but to go to the shops to buy an aerial.
As of today, they have not replied.
They were slow to despatch the order, appear to be unable to track orders and aren’t too worried when a customer requires a refund.
I imagine if your order is dealt with efficiently, you’ll be happy. But if you experience any sort of problem, don’t expect it to be resolved.

I bought this hoping to get a digital aerial signal in an upstairs bedroom. It’s no better than the aerial I already had, and it’s more delicate because of the glass elements… how can an aerial described in it’s title as “High Performance” be so useless in weaker signal areas? A waste of space.

I purchased this aerial after reading all the positive reviews, however when it arrived i only managed to get ITV which was very fuzzy. After getting a proper aerial on the roof i found out from the engineer that we dont get the Fenton transmitter due to our location and we get the signal from Weston Coyney so we had no chance of the aerial working.
My advice is if you live in Newcastle-under-Lyme keep the receipt because it wont work!!
