It’s OK,
 Â
The camera is quite well made and looks like it would stand up to most situations.
The instructions are awful unless you can be bothered to read the electronic version (I hate reading manuals on my PC) The results are pretty good, but you will need a high spect PC to view and edit the clips. I tried three until I found one that could handle the task.
One word of warning, apart from a couple of flashing lights which you cant see when the camera is mounted on your helmet, there is nothing to indicate that the card is full. The camera makes all of the usual “on/off” beeps and so like me you might think you are recording your trip round the alps only to find that when you get home you haven’t. Quite why they do not suspend the operation of the unit when the card is full, or at least give an audible signal so you can tell when its full is beyond me.
It’s not as good as I was expecting and unless you carry around a top spect laptop you will not be able to review what you have recorded.
All in all, a nice idea, but with some major flaws.
Do I regret buying it…..probably.
