OK on the move maybe – rubbish for a desk,
This fan is lightweight and better than nothing if you’re hot and on the move with a laptop. But it has to be fairly close to your face to be noticeable as it does not produce much airflow. If you’re office-based, buy the Veho Desktop Fan instead – it is well worth the extra money as it gives decent airflow and can be powered by USB or 4xAA batteries.

|For the money? – Value for money,
Very prompt delivery by Gizmo – and this fan does what it says on the tin. It’s blades are flexible but not flimsy lightweight plastic. You get a decent draught off the blades and it’s really not that noisy. By their design all fans will have a whirring drone sound? Anyway it connects to PC with no issues – I don’t find it drains power but I’m usually working on a powered laptop rather than battery. The stem is metal flexi rod such as you got with desk lamps 20 years ago – you just simply flex into a shape that you require for best angle and height – it holds no problems for a full day at the desk.
Really can’t complain for the price. Value buy.

|Noisy and Unsettles Computer,
This mini-fan is cheap for a reason. It makes a lot of noise for something so small. Much worse however is that it drains power erratically which has stopped my computer working a few times now. Best avoided.
