Well, you get what you pay for. It works, but is very easy to jar loose when changing gear (in my car, anyway). This means the iTrip is prone to cutting out, but it’s OK, l guess.

Don’t bother with this twin charger. The end that fits into the cigarette lighter plug doesn’t gain enough purchase to actually remain within the plug. As such, any devices needing power can’t get it. It’s meant to be adjustable, but this doesn’t help/

Nice idea but poorly constructed.
When removing from cigarette holder half the contraption remained in the holder.
I only came to realise this when I came to reuse.
Had a slight panic when trying to remove from holder which, had I not been successful, would have been a serious issue.

the twin charger is a great idea but I have a peugot with the cigarette lighter in the centre by the handbrake and when this is plugged in and items plugged into it it is too bulky -I cant use the handbrake or gears with ease- if you have a dash board one it would probably work fine

This is a super little gadget. Sorry to disagree with other reviews, but the plug engages firmly with 12V socket in both cars I have tried and the dual sockets likewise make a firm connection with mobile phone chargers, satnav devices, iPod radio transmitters etc. etc. I have found it extremely useful and reliable over several weeks of continuous use. Highly recommended to anyone needing to double up charging capacity in the car.
