How is this an all-in-one when it doesn’t have a facility to print on cd’s/dvd’s as does my current printer?
It does not do it all!

It was easy to set up, prints well and liked the idea of ipod like control.
However I found there were too many thick manuals included in the package. To save money and the environment, the manufacturer would have been better off including these manuals into a cd in a pdf or video format.

Best printer investment ever. You don’t need to give a second thought to buy this printer, quality is outstanding, fast printing.

Well, bought this to replace my old Epson and because I wanted wireless connectivity. First off, the disk is out of date for anyone with OSX 10.6 and you have to manually install stuff, underwhelmed!. It’s a great printer and the quality is fine, but WiFi? Nothing like simple, after two days of pissing about, I’ve decided to send it back and buy an Epson.
In summary, great with PC’s, great on a Mac if you use USB, nightmare if you want to use it on WiFi on a Mac. This is 2010, it’s utterly unacceptable that Canon can’t come up with a simple instal wizard for Macs

Bought this on the recomendation of WHICH magazine. Happy with the ease of use but printing is not perfect. Scanning very easy.
