I have this cable running from my computer to the back of my TV. I can now use my 42″ television as a huge monitor as well as play my downloaded videos and music on the television. Cable appears to be good quality and work a treat.

There is no scope for quality in digital cabling, they either work or they don’t. These work. The exception to this is the plug itself and the joint with the cable, and I have to say these are satisfactorily sturdy. The metal casing is reassuring. They certainly have a much better feel than other cables from supermarkets which cost no less but which are all plastic.

For the money I haven’t found a better constructed and durable lead. The metal end casing makes them easy to plug in and remove from TVs or laptops, especially for those who find most of the leads on electronic equipment these days to fiddly to use easily when struggling to fit behind a TV mounted to a wall. The lead itself is reasonably thick so it will be able to take a fair bit of abuse from being constantly plugged/unplugged
Will get the flat lead next time as the one issue with this lead is that it will not roll up into a compact loop (down to the thick lead)

well, what can i say?
i bought 2 cables last week and now they have stopped working properly.
okay, they were cheap and easy to replace, but when you buy something to do a specific job, you expect them to last a little longer than the 9 days i have had them. not happy.
i have not contacted the supplier as of yet, to complain, but i thought i would put fair warning on here first for all future customers.
tut, tut, tut !!!
