I was concerned about buying an inexpensive cable after reading some reviews. Apparently, the very cheap cables are prone to failing after a short time. This one was not the cheapest, but it was certainly not an exorbitant price. It works fine.
I recommend that you consider getting a longer one than you first think. Mine could do with being another metre as I sometimes use it to connect the laptop to the TV and the cable restricts how far I can sit away from the TV and control the laptop.
The cable is well made. When calculating the length that you need, allow for the fact that the cable is not very flexible. Don’t use this type of cable if you need to route it around tight corners.

Like most, I’m quite wary of buying top of the range technology at a fraction of the price it normally is, but the price was just low enough for me to give it a go. Seven months of pretty much constant use and I’ve yet to find a fault with this cable. It looks sexy and performs flawlessly. Proof, if ever proof were needed, that a good HDMI cable doesn’t have to cost £90+.

the connectors overall is very good the heads are strong metal type and not to big and the wiring is very strong and its cased in a round net that you would find inside pc holding wires to gether

Great HDMI cable! For just 4 euro more than the one I bought before in HMV (sic!! never again!!) I’ve got a high quality cable!
HMV version was a disaster – in some games screen was choking so much that I thought something is wrong with my PS3!
With this one – everything is perfectly smooth and the colors!! They are much deeper right now!
The cable is made very solid!
